1 · The garment

Every thobe is cut to your own measurement record taken by our master. A bespoke garment made to your measurements cannot be exchanged as a ready-made item; we alter it until it fits.

2 · Measurement responsibility

Measurements taken at our branch or home visit are our responsibility. Measurements you supply yourself are your responsibility; we will advise but cannot guarantee fit.

3 · Orders and confirmation

An order placed in the app is a draft quotation. It becomes binding when the branch confirms it with you and the deposit or payment arrangement is agreed. Prices shown are per meter of fabric, VAT inclusive; the final total is set after measurement.

4 · Cancellation

An order may be cancelled free of charge before the fabric is cut. Once cutting has begun the fabric cost applies.

5 · Payment

We accept cash, Mada at the branch, bank transfer, and Tamara/Tabby arranged at the branch. The app records your preferred method; no payment is taken online.

6 · Home visits

A home measurement visit costs 200 SAR, waived for customers with five or more confirmed orders. The fee quoted at booking time is the fee that applies.

7 · Delivery & collection

Typical lead time is 7–14 days and is confirmed per order. We will notify you when your thobe is ready.
