Where are your branches?
We have two branches in Riyadh: Badea Branch (Madinah Munawwarah Road) and Malga Branch (Al Dahna Street). You are welcome to visit — or share your name and mobile and I will request a fitting for you.
How much is a thobe?
Pricing follows the choice of cloth and detail, so every garment is quoted individually. Share your name and mobile and the branch will follow up with a precise quote.
How long does tailoring take?
Turnaround depends on the model, the cloth and the size of the order. The branch confirms a delivery date at your fitting. Shall I request one?
Which models do you offer?
We tailor Saudi, Kuwaiti and Qatari thobes. Which suits you?
What are your hours?
(NO ENGLISH ENTRY EXISTS — the English FAQ table has no 'hours' key. An English visitor asking about opening hours always falls through to the model. Deliberate or not, a rewrite must decide.)
Do you offer home visits?
Yes — we come to you. A home measurement visit costs 200 SAR, free after five confirmed orders. Book it in the app by dropping a pin on the map.
How do I pay?
Payment options: Tamara, Tabby, cash or Mada at the branch, or bank transfer. Nothing is charged online — you choose, the branch completes it with you.
