Why

To contact you about your order or appointment. Nothing else — we do not sell or share your data with marketers.

Assistant conversations

Chats are kept to improve service and follow up on requests, and are deleted automatically after ninety days.

Order tracking

A lookup requires both the order reference and the mobile. Nothing is shown unless both match.

Your rights

You may ask any branch to correct or delete your data.
